2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Delivery Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
3. Our Products
A+ Market sells premium frozen chicken products made with 100% chicken breast, including schnitzels, strips, patties, nuggets, and pops. Our products are:
- Produced and packaged locally in Pretoria
- Supplied frozen and must be kept frozen until cooking
- Not pre-cooked — must be cooked thoroughly before consumption
- Not suitable for refreezing once thawed
⚠️ Our chicken products are raw frozen food. Always cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 75°C before eating.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through our website. By submitting an order you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate
- You are authorised to use the payment method selected
Payment is processed securely via PayFast. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and instant EFT. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
We offer local delivery in the Pretoria/Garsfontein area at a flat rate. Pickup from our location in Garsfontein is also available at no charge.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable, frozen nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

7. Food Safety Disclaimer
A+ Market takes food safety seriously. However, once products have left our possession and been delivered, we cannot be responsible for improper storage, handling, or cooking by the customer.
- Keep frozen at all times until cooking
- Do not refreeze once thawed
- Cook to an internal temperature of at least 75°C
- Consume within the use-by date printed on packaging
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the A+ Market name, logo, product images, and descriptions — is the property of A+ Market. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, A+ Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
10. Privacy (POPIA)
We collect personal information only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell your data. Your information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
11. Consumer Protection
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or any other applicable South African legislation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
